HT University Pack: Official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

HTG Management Inc. DBA Harry Taylor Golf ("Sponsor"). Questions: support@harrytaylorgolf.com.

2. Promotion period

The HT University Pack ("Promotion") starts November 4, 2026 at 12:00 am PT and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm PT, or earlier if Sponsor ends it. Sponsor's clock is the official time.

3. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island, who are 18 or older at entry, or 13 to 17 with a parent or legal guardian's permission (a prize won by a minor is awarded to the parent or guardian). Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter

During the Promotion, choose a pack on harrytaylorgolf.com and open it. To claim what you pulled, enter a valid email address when asked; a pull that isn't claimed with an email is not a valid entry. Claiming joins the Harry Taylor Golf email list; you can unsubscribe at any time and keep any prize already won. Limit one (1) pack per person, device and email address. Opening more packs with other browsers, devices or email addresses, clearing site data to get a different pack, using scripts, bots or other automated means, or tampering with the website voids all of that person's entries, and Sponsor may disqualify anyone it believes has done so.

5. Prizes and odds

Every pack contains three cards. The last card is the pack's prize. The odds of each prize per pack are:

• Free HTG wedge (one 52°, 56° or 60° HTG wedge, delivered as a single-use $199 discount code). Approximate retail value (ARV) $199. Odds 1 in 1000 (0.1%). Only one (1) is available for the whole Promotion.
• Free divot tool (one Harry Taylor's Divot Tool & Bottle Opener, delivered as a single-use $19.95 discount code). ARV $19.95. Odds 1 in 50 (2%). Only ten (10) are available for the whole Promotion.
• 3 months of HT University (a three-month HT University membership, activated when the HT University app launches). ARV $44.97. Odds 75%.
• Every other pack: the 10% launch reward card.

Separately from the prizes above, every entrant receives a 10% off code by email for joining the list; it is not a prize and is not affected by the odds. Once all of a limited prize has been awarded, it is no longer available, its odds become zero, and packs that would have won it receive the 10% launch reward card instead. Total ARV of the limited prizes: $398.50. Prize codes are single use, can't be combined with other discount codes, have no cash value, and expire one year after they are issued. Shipping of the product is at Sponsor's normal rates and policy. If the HT University app does not launch within 12 months of the Promotion end, Sponsor will substitute a $44.97 Harry Taylor Golf store credit.

6. Winners and claiming

The pack shows its result straight away; it becomes an entry when claimed with an email. Every free wedge and free divot tool result is verified by Sponsor (eligibility, one entry per person, no tampering) before the code is emailed to the address entered, normally within 24 hours. A result shown on screen is not a valid win until it is verified; Sponsor's records of entries and draws are final. Sponsor may require a winner to confirm eligibility before a prize is awarded, and may award an unclaimed or forfeited limited prize to no one. Prizes are not transferable; no substitution except by Sponsor as stated in these rules.

7. Taxes and releases

Winners are responsible for any taxes. By entering, you agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, and release Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising from the Promotion or any prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical problems with the website, email or the pack itself; if a problem affects the Promotion's fairness, Sponsor may cancel or change it and award prizes from verified eligible entries received before the problem.

8. Privacy

Information you give is used to run the Promotion, deliver prizes and send Harry Taylor Golf emails you can unsubscribe from at any time, as described in Sponsor's privacy policy.

9. Law and disputes

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any card game, trading card company, Instagram, Meta or Klaviyo.

10. Winners list

For the names of the free wedge and free divot tool winners (available after the Promotion ends), email support@harrytaylorgolf.com within 60 days of the end of the Promotion.
